Michael Turner

Due to travel, I haven't had the opportunity to update the site in recent weeks. During that time the comic world tragically lost one of it's great talents. Michael Turner, creator of Aspen and Fathom, passed away on June 27th, 2008 in Santa Monica, California. Mike had been battling through illness for some time, but he always had time for those he came into contact with. I have had the good fortune of having met Mike several times. While we didn't know each other very well, it was easy to see that he was as great a person as he was talented and I feel fortunate to have spent time with him. Rest in peace Mike, you will be missed.
